To request the free Big Buyer 2026 ticket, you must fill out the form in all its parts by 14th November 2026.
If the accreditation request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email by 15th November 2026 with detailed instructions for printing and using the ticket at the Fair.
We remind you that admission to the Exhibition is reserved exclusively for Wholesalers, Office Supplies, Large-Scale Distribution and Modern Trade Buyers, Retailers and E-Commerce Operators.

All requests submitted by Professionals active in areas other then those listed will be carefully examined by the Organizing Secretary which reserves the right to not validate them.

Advisory notice to take video footage and photos- Having been informed and notified of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 of the possibility for the Organiser to take video footage and photos during the trade fair event, I hereby authorise Edinova Srl to publish on its website, on social networks and/or on documents related to the trade fair event, without making any claims in terms of remuneration or rights, videos and/or photos containing my images and my voice, taken for the purpose of documenting and representing the activities and proposals associated with the event. I declare that any revocation of this authorisation only applies to future publications and does not entail any obligation on the part of the Organiser regarding images that have already been published.

Privacy policy - Edinova Srl (VAT No. 03576980969), with registered office in Piazza Udine 8, Milan (Italy) as the data controller, hereby informs you that, in compliance with European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) which governs and regulates the protection of personal data and its free circulation, your personal data will be processed in accordance with the aforementioned regulation in the manner and for the purposes indicated below. The data will not be subject to profiling or to automated decision-making processes.

Consent to the provision of your personal data is necessary to access the event, to receive the related information and to comply with legal obligations. Failure to provide consent could make it impossible for us to fulfil the requested services. Visitors are also informed that Edinova Srl, through appointed professionals, will acquire photographic images and/or video footage to document the event on its website, in its publishing products and on other paper and digital information media. If you do not wish to be photographed and/or filmed, please inform the operator. Data subjects may exercise the right referred to in Articles 12 et seq. of the GDPR. In requesting your express consent to processing (which we will consider provided verbally in case of failure to return this document signed) we hereby consider you to be informed on the processing performed by us, pursuant to and for the effects of the GDPR.
